Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant / OHS Solution Developer to join a major Enterprise Health & Safety Transformation Programme. This role entails designing and implementing innovative ServiceNow solutions that digitize Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) processes across a large enterprise environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and configuring the ServiceNow Workplace Safety / Operational Health & Safety capabilities, including:

• Digitising workplace inspections and audit processes
• Automating safety file reviews and approval workflows
• Building contractor compliance and onboarding portals
• Developing digital checklists, registers, certificates, and appointment letter processes
• Configuring ServiceNow forms and workflows to improve compliance and efficiency
• Integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems and document repositories
• Supporting enterprise-wide Health & Safety digital transformation initiatives

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of ServiceNow Development experience
• 2–5+ years implementing Workplace Safety / Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) solutions

Proven experience with:

• ServiceNow Workplace Safety / Operational Health & Safety modules
• Digitising workplace inspections and audit processes
• Contractor compliance management portals
• Safety file review and approval workflows
• Digital forms, inspections, checklists, and registers
• Certificates and appointment letter automation
• Enterprise system integrations
• Workflow automation
• ISO 45001 aligned OHS compliance solutions
• Large enterprise ServiceNow implementations
