Job Description

Looking for a Senior SCADA Developer with expertise in GeoSCADA, including asset framework design and development. The SCADA Engineer will design, implement, and maintain SCADA systems for industrial automation processes, ensuring they monitor and control various industrial processes effectively. Collaboration with clients, project managers, and stakeholders is essential to understand system requirements and develop tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will be motivated, self-driven, and familiar with a range of industrial automation technologies.

Requirements

• Experience with GeoSCADA, PI, and InTouch.
• Proven experience in SCADA systems and integrating with different data sources.
• Strong knowledge of AVEVA (formerly Wonderware) software products, including System Platform, Operations Control, InTouch, and Predictive Analytics.
• BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in programming languages such as JavaScript, Visual Basic, or C#.
• Knowledge of computer networking architectures, topologies, and hardware.
• Familiarity with operational data historians (e.g., AVEVA, Wonderware, OSI PI, etc.).
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting industry-standard communication protocols such as Modbus, OPC UA/DA, DNP3, and TCP/IP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Motivated and self-driven with experience in industrial automation technologies.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites if needed (up to 25% travel in the future).

Additional Information

Most work is currently remote, with the possibility of traveling to customer meetings or deployments in the future. The candidate will participate in training to stay updated with the latest advancements and trends in SCADA technologies.
