Fusion Growth Partners is looking for a skilled narrative writer to interview our business partners and their clients, transforming what we learn into short, compelling personal stories, polished resumes, and sharp, error-free proofreading. If you have a passion for storytelling and a knack for writing clear sentences, we want to hear from you.

About Fusion Growth Partners: We are a business incubator and accelerator, partnering directly with small business owners, particularly real estate agents, to help them grow their customer base and build a stronger foundation through advanced business planning, proven systems, processes, and a trained support team. We are compensated through licensing fees or a small percentage of our partners’ successful transactions.

Requirements

You’ll Thrive Here If You:

• Write clean, engaging English and can shift tone from formal (resumes) to warm and personal (story letters) seamlessly.
• Have real experience in narrative writing, copywriting, biography writing, or a closely related field.
• Can conduct engaging conversations over video calls to draw out personal stories.
• Have a keen eye for typos and inconsistencies.
• Can manage your own time effectively and meet deadlines independently.
• Have a reliable internet connection and a quiet space for video calls.

Nice to Have:

• A portfolio or writing samples you’re proud to share.
• Experience writing resumes.
• Familiarity with real estate, small business, or entrepreneurship (not required, as training will be provided).

How Pay Works
