Job Description

This role is for a Social Media Content Creator (SMCC) for a new wellness brand focusing on brain health supplements. The ideal candidate will help build the brand’s social presence by creating engaging short-form videos and graphic designs from approved copy, all while maintaining the brand’s visual identity. This is a part-time, independent contractor position that offers a flexible schedule.

Requirements

• Video Editing Skills: Proficient in CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Final Cut Pro with a focus on pacing, text placement, audio leveling, and visual rhythm.
• Graphic Design Expertise: Ability to create polished designs in Canva/Adobe that align with established brand guidelines.
• Social Media Knowledge: Deep familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, with a passion for current trends and engaging content.
• Self-Motivated: Must be a reliable independent executor who can manage timelines and deliverables autonomously.
• Resourcefulness: Comfortable building a content library and developing new content from limited resources.
• Bonus Skills: Experience on camera or producing simple User Generated Content (UGC) is a plus but not mandatory.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Drive, Notion/Asana, and scheduling platforms (Later, Planoly, Metricool).
• Business Operation: Must operate as a registered business entity (LLC, Corporation, or registered Sole Proprietorship) and hold a valid business license, if required.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay ranges from $400 to $1,250 per month based on experience. Offers a flexible work schedule.
