Snaphomz is seeking a part-time contract Content Creator to build its presence in the US PropTech and real estate market. You will create on-camera short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and similar platforms, covering properties, neighbourhoods, home-buying trends, lifestyle, and local market insights. The work may include property tours, walkthroughs, interviews, and collaborations with real estate professionals and local creators.

We need someone with strong storytelling, social media trend awareness, and confidence on camera. You should be able to develop concepts, scripts, hooks, and engaging video formats, with basic video editing skills and familiarity with AI-powered content tools. Experience in real estate, photography, videography, or creator collaborations is helpful. This is a fully remote role, although content may involve visiting US properties.
