Videographer is needed in Oceanside, United States.

We are a local property management and real estate company seeking a part-time freelance videographer/editor in Oceanside. You will shoot and edit short-form talking-head videos, property videos, local real estate content, and social media clips for our website, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

This is an ongoing side gig with potential follow-up work. We would ideally film several videos in one session and have them edited into finished Reels and Shorts. You must be able to work on-site in Oceanside, provide your own camera or phone capable of good-quality video, and be comfortable with basic lighting, audio, and editing. Real estate experience is not required, but a strong eye for video, personality, and editing skills are important.
