Job Description

Dr. Cindy Nikita’s Digital Club (drcindynikita.com) is a growing digital publishing and community platform dedicated to Share & Inspire, helping individuals share their knowledge, experiences, stories, and ideas through various digital content, events, workshops, lessons, and community activities. We are seeking an Email Marketing Specialist with hands-on MailerSend experience to help build and manage our email marketing program.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and manage email campaigns using MailerSend.
• Build and maintain subscriber lists and audience segments.
• Develop newsletters, promotional emails, event/workshop announcements, and community updates.
• Create basic automated email sequences, including welcome, follow-up, and engagement campaigns.
• Write engaging subject lines, email copy, and calls to action.
• Monitor email performance, including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and unsubscribes.
• Analyze results and recommend improvements through testing and optimization.
• Coordinate email campaigns with our social media, content, community, and growth marketing activities.
• Help develop strategies to grow and engage the Digital Club’s email audience.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with MailerSend is strongly preferred.
• Previous experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or newsletter management.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Understanding of email segmentation, automation, and campaign analytics.
• Creative, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
• Experience with other email marketing or CRM platforms is a plus.

What We’re Looking For

We are particularly interested in a candidate who can both execute and think strategically— someone who can build an email campaign in MailerSend, analyze the results, and suggest ways to improve engagement and conversion.

This role presents an opportunity to help establish the email marketing system of a growing digital publishing and community platform.

Additional Information
