Job Description

SuperMarketing USA is urgently hiring a creative, outgoing, and confident On-Call Content Creator to produce short-form content for local supermarkets throughout Long Island and nearby New York City boroughs. The role involves visiting different supermarket locations, discovering exciting content opportunities, interacting with employees and customers, and bringing each store’s personality, products, and community to life on social media. This is a non-traditional desk job where the individual will create engaging TikToks and Instagram Reels.

Requirements

• Confident, expressive, and comfortable speaking on camera
• Able to creatively engage with customers and employees
• Experience with TikTok, Instagram Reels, or other short-form video platforms
• Familiar with trends, hooks, pacing, editing, and storytelling
• Reliable, responsive, organized, and professional
• Available Monday through Saturday for scheduled assignments and short-notice opportunities
• Able to travel throughout Long Island and nearby New York City areas
• A licensed driver with reliable transportation

• Ability to speak English and Spanish
• Previous content creation experience for brands, restaurants, supermarkets, retailers, or local businesses
• Ability to make simple products and everyday moments look exciting
• Natural connection with multicultural communities
• Originality in bringing ideas rather than only following trends
• Comfort with editing using CapCut or similar mobile editing tools

Additional Information

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
