Digital Tarot Card Making

I need a digital illustrator to create a unique tarot card deck from written descriptions and visual references. Each card should have a tarot-style design, including Roman numerals in the top-right corner, with three variants using changes in colour, shading, brightness, or metallic silver/gold treatments. The work must be created without AI. Cards should be standard rectangular PNGs in sRGB at a 7:12 aspect ratio, supplied at 350×600px, 700×1200px, and 1050×1800px, named with @1x, @2x, and @3x versions, along with high-resolution editable source files such as PSD or AI. I would like initial samples within a week and the full artwork completed within a month, with potential follow-up work.

I just want tarot style. I also would like there to be 3 variants of each tarot card (all you have to do the variants is to use darker colors or more shading or the opposite - make them more colorful and bright/shiny or even you could make the 2nd variant silver or gold). I would also like there to be roman numerals in the top right corner of each variant of the card. Id like these to be unique cards for which I will give you detailed description of each card if you think this is a project you would be interested in. An example of a card I would want you to design is “The beast”: A man with a lion head and scratches all over his body. If this is something you could imagine making in the style mentioned above and shown below let me know.
