Assistant Producer is needed in United Kingdom.
No. 1 Productions is seeking a proactive Assistant Producer to support both production coordination and client outreach. You will help manage pre-production planning, call sheets, schedules, resource allocation, project documentation, deliverables, approvals, and task boards while supporting the Lead Producer and keeping projects on track.
You will also lead outbound outreach to potential clients, partners, and project leads; maintain CRM records and follow-ups; prepare pitch decks, proposals, and cost estimates; and support new-client enquiries and onboarding. We are looking for someone with 1–3 years of relevant experience in production, project management, business development, or sales, with strong communication and organisation skills. Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Notion, Trello, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred. This is a paid contract role for candidates able to work remotely within the UK, with hybrid working and travel potentially available.
