Ghoom Gali is seeking an on-site performance marketer and content strategist in Gurugram, India, for a long-term engagement. The role will build an end-to-end travel lead-generation funnel, including lead magnets, ad copy, paid campaigns across Meta and Google Ads, and ongoing optimisation of landing pages, creatives, audiences, conversion rates, cost per lead, and return on ad spend.

We need someone with a proven background in paid media buying, content strategy, analytics, tracking dashboards, and performance reporting. Experience generating leads for travel, tourism, or hospitality businesses is strongly preferred. You should be able to combine travel storytelling with direct-response marketing and use data to improve campaign performance.
