Job Description
EES Global Events is looking for a freelance creative professional to supplement our in-house Creative Coordinators during peak periods and specialized projects. Because we schedule work in advance, you’ll know your assignments ahead of time — predictable structure, no last-minute scrambles.
Requirements
- Strong design fundamentals (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or equivalent)
- Comfortable working from brand guidelines and creative briefs
- Reliable, deadline-driven, and easy to collaborate with
- Events, hospitality, or agency experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Support event branding, signage, presentation decks, social content, and print/digital collateral
- Jump in on overflow projects when our internal team needs extra hands
- Collaborate with Creative Coordinators and the Marketing Team to keep output on-brand and on-deadline
