Job Description

We’re building an AI app that helps women figure out what to do next when they’re dealing with problems around money, work, business, or life. The product is already live, and we are looking to increase our user base and convert users into paying customers. We seek a TikTok & Short-Form Content Creator who truly understands TikTok, Reels, short-form content, and internet culture, rather than someone focused on traditional marketing techniques.

Requirements

You should be able to create authentic, personality-driven content that resonates with viewers. This includes:

• Finding good content ideas by researching trends and conversations on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Reddit.
• Turning ideas into engaging videos, including crafting video concepts, short scripts, story ideas, and captions.
• Keeping the content creation process moving smoothly and efficiently, from idea to final video.
• Identifying and reaching out to potential creators for collaborations.
• Analyzing video performance and identifying patterns to optimize content strategies.

What a Normal Week Might Look Like

In a typical week, you may:

• Research TikTok/Reels trends and content ideas.
• Generate and refine content ideas and hooks.
• Create scripts or video concepts.
• Coordinate with the editor to ensure timely production.
• Engage with creators and maintain a contact list.
• Monitor engagement and analyze content performance.
