Fractional Freelance E-commerce Operations ManagementUrgent

ZOFAD Activewear, a UAE-based premium activewear start-up, is seeking a freelance, part-time e-commerce operations specialist for an initial three-month engagement covering pre-launch, launch and early post-launch operations. You will work directly with the founder to set up and manage the journey from order and payment through fulfilment, delivery, returns, exchanges and customer resolution.

You will support Shopify operations, product, SKU and inventory accuracy, order and payment monitoring, 3PL and courier coordination, shipping workflows, returns processes, and issue resolution. You will also test launch readiness, create practical SOPs and trackers, maintain a weekly operational dashboard, and recommend cost-conscious improvements. Experience with Shopify, 3PLs, fashion or DTC brands, and UAE/GCC or cross-border e-commerce is preferred. The role is remote, approximately 5–8 hours per week, with potential to continue on a longer-term fractional basis.
