Freelance Part-Time E-commerce Operations Officer UAE or GCC English Arabic a PlusUrgent

ZOFAD Activewear is a UAE-based premium activewear start-up preparing to launch its first collection. We need a freelance, part-time E-commerce Operations Officer for an initial three-month engagement to support pre-launch, launch and early post-launch operations. You will work directly with the founder to set up, test and manage the customer journey from order and payment through fulfilment, delivery, returns, exchanges and customer issue resolution.

You will manage Shopify-related operational readiness, product, SKU and inventory accuracy, order and payment monitoring, 3PL and courier coordination, shipping across the UAE, GCC and international markets, and reconciliation of orders, inventory and 3PL records. You will also create practical SOPs, trackers, returns workflows and a weekly operational dashboard, troubleshoot issues with external providers and technical support, and recommend cost-conscious improvements. Experience with Shopify, 3PL fulfilment, inventory, shipping, returns and DTC brands is required; UAE/GCC, cross-border shipping and fashion, apparel or beauty experience is preferred. The role is remote, approximately 5–8 hours per week, with potential to continue on a longer-term fractional basis.
