Job Description

This is a remote position seeking experienced professionals in digital marketing, communication, and client development within the leadership education sector. The role involves utilizing established digital platforms and marketing systems to generate and respond to inquiries, connect with prospective clients, and nurture professional relationships with individuals seeking further information. You will adhere to a structured communication process, ask qualifying questions, and provide consistent follow-up throughout the information process. The position combines digital marketing, client engagement, and relationship development, appealing to those with backgrounds in marketing, business development, consulting, recruitment, customer success, or client services. Full training, established systems, and ongoing support from a global leadership team will be provided.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of professional, business, or leadership experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in digital marketing, business development, client engagement, consulting, customer relations, or a related field
• Confident in professional communication by phone and online
• Comfortable building relationships and following up with prospective clients
• Able to work independently while following an established process
• Organised, self-directed, and comfortable managing your own schedule
• Able to dedicate approximately 15 hours per week
• Willing to learn and apply established digital marketing and client development strategies
