Womenswear Pattern Cutter / Seamstress for One-Off Custom Wardrobe Pieces

I am looking for a freelance womenswear designer and maker to create one-off garments for my personal wardrobe from reference images. You should be able to interpret references closely, draft or adapt patterns, advise on or source suitable fabrics, construct and finish each garment, and ship completed pieces to Los Angeles. The work includes fit- and fabric-dependent pieces such as bias-cut silk skirts and dresses, fluid tailored trousers, fitted dresses, sheer or lace skirts, bodysuits, and lingerie-inspired tops.

This will start with one paid test garment and may develop into ongoing commissions. I am seeking an independent maker, recent fashion graduate, pattern cutter, sample maker, or seamstress who personally makes finished garments and is comfortable working remotely from measurements and reference garments. Experience with draping, corsetry, lingerie details, tailoring, and minimal European womenswear is welcome. I have detailed visual references and need someone who can reproduce silhouettes and proportions accurately rather than reinterpret them.

I’m building a small custom wardrobe for myself and looking for a skilled independent maker I can work with on multiple pieces over time. I have a very clear aesthetic and detailed visual references, but I need someone with strong pattern cutting, fit and garment construction skills who can translate those references into beautifully finished clothes.
