Crowdfunding and Audience Growth ManagerUrgent

We are looking for a Welsh-speaking or Wales-based Crowdfunding and Audience Growth Manager to build and grow the audience for Excalibur, a Welsh Arthurian fantasy feature in pre-production. You will plan and run a rolling programme of small crowdfunding campaigns through our website, turning individual development assets such as costume designs, concept art and storyboards into campaigns that give supporters clear outcomes. You will develop campaign targets, rewards, copy and creative; manage paid social; and activate relevant communities, creators, partners and media.

You will use audience research, segmentation, email marketing, landing-page optimisation, conversion testing and community management to turn visitors into backers and retain them as part of Y Criw, our behind-the-scenes membership community. You will work with the filmmaking team to create compelling content and report weekly on reach, acquisition cost, conversion, backers, campaign speed and audience retention. Crowdfunding experience is valuable, as is experience in film, games, entertainment, membership or direct-to-consumer campaigns. We need evidence that you have persuaded online audiences to sign up, buy, subscribe, donate or join.
