Job Description

The Motion & Social Designer is responsible for developing high-quality visual and motion assets for digital and social media channels. This role requires a balance of creativity, technical proficiency, and execution speed within a fast-paced retail environment. The position works directly with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and timely delivery of assets reaching a broad U.S. consumer audience.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize and produce motion graphics using After Effects.

Design static and animated content for social media platforms.

Translate campaign concepts into engaging visual executions.

Ensure alignment with established brand guidelines and visual standards.

Adapt creative assets across multiple formats and placements.

Collaborate directly with copywriters, designers, and stakeholders.

Manage multiple concurrent projects under tight timelines.

Participate in ideation sessions and contribute creative solutions.

Requirements

2–4 years of relevant experience (Semi-Senior preferred; Junior profiles with strong portfolios may be considered).

Advanced proficiency in After Effects.

Demonstrated experience designing for social media environments.

Strong creative thinking and conceptual development skills.

Solid understanding of typography, layout, motion principles, and visual hierarchy.

Ability to maintain quality while working at speed.

B2 - C1 English proficiency required (written and verbal).

Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional teams.

Strong proficiency in Figma.

Familiarity with project management and communication tools such as Monday and Microsoft Teams.

Additional Information

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per year
