Job Description

We’re looking for a creator to start and run a dedicated Instagram account posting UGC-style content promoting RecapDrop—a tool that enables anyone to run a faceless YouTube channel (manga/manhwa recap videos) without needing editing software, artists, or voice actors. The role requires building the account from scratch and driving signups through a unique referral link.

Requirements

• Comfortable posting consistently on Instagram, regardless of prior experience in building an audience.
• Familiarity with manga/manhwa, anime, or the “faceless YouTube” / creator economy space is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Self-starters who can build their own account, as this role does not involve script reading.

What You’ll Do

• Launch and grow an Instagram account centered on RecapDrop content—demos, “day in the life of a faceless creator,” before/after workflow stories, hook-driven promo videos.
• Post UGC-style content regularly (Reels-first)—options include talking-head, screen recordings of the tool in action, or AI-avatar-narrated content.
• Drive traffic to RecapDrop using your unique referral link in bio.
• Ensure content aligns with the core message: no editing software, no artists, no voice actors needed—the tool handles everything end-to-end.

Compensation

• 100% commission on the first month of every paid subscription generated through your referral link—no cap on the number of referrals.
• Fully performance-based: the more signups you drive, the more you earn, starting immediately with your first conversion.
