Job Description

Design, develop, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions for TEA enterprise applications.

The role requires strong hands-on experience across front-end customization, back-end development, and structured team-based development practices:

• Develop and customize Model-Driven Apps and Dataverse-based solutions.
• Build server-side components (plugins, integrations, APIs using C#/.NET).
• Implement client-side customizations (JavaScript, form scripting, PCF controls).
• Design and build data integrations (REST APIs, ETL, Dataflows).
• Manage solution lifecycle using Git-based source control and CI/CD processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with root cause analysis.
• Collaborate in a multi-developer team environment with a shared codebase.
• Produce and maintain technical and deployment documentation.

Requirements

Required Skill:

• 7 Years of Hands-on development with Dynamics 365 / Power Platform.
• 6 Years of Building Model-Driven Apps.
• 6 Years of Dataverse (tables, relationships, security model).
• 6 Years of C# plugin development or server-side extensions.
• 6 Years of JavaScript customization in Dynamics 365 / Power Apps.
• 6 Years of Integration using REST APIs.
• 6 Years of Git in a team-based environment, including feature branching, pull requests, merge/conflict resolution.
• 6 Years of Working in a multi-developer environment with a shared codebase.

Preferred Skills:

• 2 Years of Developing PCF (Power Apps Component Framework) controls.
• 2 Years of Experience with Power BI integration (reporting, embedding, data modeling).
• 2 Years of Experience with Power Pages development and configuration.
• 2 Years of Experience with Power Platform Dataflows for ETL/data ingestion.
• 2 Years of Experience working in government or public sector environments (TEA preferred).
• 2 Years of Microsoft Certifications: PL-400 (Power Platform Developer), PL-600 (Power Platform Solution Architect).

Compensation

Pay: $80.77 - $90.08 per hour
