Setting up temporary podcast studio in an office for weekly recording

Blanchard House is seeking an on-site podcast producer or sound engineer in Cambridge, Massachusetts to set up a temporary studio in an office and support weekly recording sessions for approximately 10 weeks, beginning 3 September 2026. The role involves recording full 3–4 hour podcast discussions, which may sometimes include a pre-recorded guest interview, and capturing short vertical video clips for social media.

We need someone able to bring and set up suitable audio and basic video equipment, including microphones, headphones, stands or desk booms, an audio interface, laptop, lighting and cameras or phones. We may be able to provide some equipment. You will send the recorded audio and video files to our London team; all editing and editorial work will be handled remotely by us. The podcast is audio-first, with a style similar to Acquired.
