Job Description

Next Door Photos (“NDP”) is a small business focused on delivering real estate photography, video, aerials, 3D modeling, floor plans, and more. We are committed to providing excellence in our products as well as ensuring a positive experience for both our customers and team members. We are seeking professional, reliable, and talented “Media Pros” to join our growing team. This position offers flexible hours and the chance to enhance your photography and media experience. Media Pros can capture up to 6 properties a day, with each property taking between 40-90 minutes to cover. The role operates on a part-time independent contractor basis, compensated per service, with opportunities for additional earnings through product certification and availability for scheduling. Media Pros will capture and upload media, while NDP manages the rest.

Requirements

Experience:
We are looking for experienced photographers, videographers, and certified part 107 drone pilots. Real estate photography experience is not required, as training will be provided.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to professionally interact with clients and homeowners.
• Consistent punctuality for scheduled shoots.
• Dress professionally while on the job.
• Upload media before 9 PM on the day of the shoot.
• Flexible schedule.
• Maintain an updated Google calendar of availability.
• Drive up to 30-40% of the workday.
• Follow NDP shoot flow and standards for high-quality output.
• Effectively communicate with the client during shoots.
• Regularly communicate with local owner and clients via email, text, and phone.
• Prepare for and obtain Part 107 certification for commercial drone operation.
• Be receptive to feedback and training regarding NDP quality and professionalism.

Equipment List

The Media Pro position requires the following equipment to complete photography shoots:

• Digital SLR (or mirrorless) camera and a wide-angle lens (e.g., APS-C sensor camera with a 10-24mm lens or full-frame sensor camera with a 16-35mm lens).
• External (off-camera) flash.
• Tripod and ball head attachment.
• Reliable transportation.
• High-speed internet.

Job Types and Pay

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour

Experience and Licenses
