Job Description

“Let’s Talk With Tina” is an interview-style podcast that features conversations with entrepreneurs, creators, professionals, and inspiring individuals. We are seeking a reliable videographer to join our talented team and grow with the show. This role is ideal for a film student, media student, recent graduate, or aspiring content creator looking to gain experience and be part of a project from its inception. Episodes are filmed at various locations depending on the guest, so reliability, punctuality, and professionalism are essential.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate camera equipment for podcast recordings.
• Capture high-quality video and audio.
• Assist with basic setup and teardown.
• Transfer footage after each recording.
• (Optional) Edit episodes for an additional rate.

Equipment

The following equipment will be provided:

• Microphones
• At least one camera
• Recording concept and production plan

If you have your own camera or additional equipment, that would be advantageous but is not required.

Compensation

• $50 per episode for recording only (typically 1–2 hours on-site).
• Additional compensation may be available if you provide your own professional equipment.

As the podcast grows and generates revenue, pay will increase for the right person, with the aim of building a long-term working relationship.
