Job Description

Poppy & Peonies is seeking a Brand Partnerships Manager to join their dynamic team, with the aim of building and scaling their affiliate ecosystem in the U.S. market. This role will focus on brand partnerships, performance marketing, and creator collaborations, contributing to the company’s growth through authentic relationships.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in brand partnerships, influencer marketing, PR, experiential marketing, affiliate marketing, or a similar brand-building role.
• Experience managing external agencies or cross-functional partners.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• A creative mindset paired with strong execution skills.
• Passion for fashion, social media, community building, and creating memorable brand experiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Additional Information

Location: This is a fully remote position available to candidates across North America, with potential domestic or international travel opportunities for events and team gatherings.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 USD annually, along with 15 days of paid vacation, health benefits, a $250 annual period & menstrual budget, a $1,000 annual allowance towards Poppy & Peonies products, and a $400 home office setup allowance.
