Contract Role: Content Marketing Manager | Contract

Contract Location: Hybrid UK based (1-2 days a month in London office)

Contract Duration: Starting ASAP – 6 months initially (inside IR35)

Deloitte’s Operate to Scale team is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to support content production and demand generation across paid and organic channels for a client focusing on anti-money laundering and financial crime. This hands-on role will work within a small marketing function that has seen growth in LinkedIn following and newsletter subscribers. You’ll collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing, Marketing Manager, and sales team, producing a variety of marketing materials while contributing to marketing-led growth and sales enablement efforts.

Requirements

Essential

• Previous experience in a B2B content marketing role
• Experience writing copy that drives measurable results across landing pages, email, and social, including long-form content (e.g., ebooks and guides)
• A track record of growing organic LinkedIn presence with measurable metrics
• Comfortable working closely with a small team and multiple stakeholders (marketing, sales, founder)

Nice to Have

• Experience promoting webinars or events with measurable impact on registrations
• Experience prioritizing content across multiple channels with limited resources
• SEO fundamentals; GEO/AI-search awareness is a plus
• Comfortable using AI tools for copywriting (e.g., Claude) and design assets (e.g., Canva)
• Experience writing for regulated industries (compliance, AML, financial services, or similar)
