Ctrl Studios is seeking an experienced freelance podcast and content producer to work on-site in London for a five-day period. You will use Lumix S5 cameras to set up and film a podcast episode, taking ownership of camera angles, lighting and the overall production. You will also edit the full episode and create engaging short-form social content from it.

This is an opportunity to demonstrate your creative and technical approach from filming through to finished content, including directing talent. We are looking for someone with strong podcast production experience, editorial judgement and reliable technical execution. Successful work may lead to ongoing freelance podcast and content projects, with potential for a full-time role as the studio grows.
