Job Description

Our client, a top Am law firm, is seeking a Senior Designer to join its Creative Services team on a temp-to-perm basis. This individual will help shape and protect the firm’s global brand across digital, print, motion, video, social media, and emerging AI-powered creative platforms. The ideal candidate is an experienced visual storyteller with exceptional typography, branding, and production skills who can translate sophisticated business and legal concepts into compelling creative work while partnering with stakeholders throughout the firm.

Responsibilities

• Lead concept development and execution of creative campaigns across print, digital, video, motion, and social platforms.
• Design marketing collateral, presentations, event materials, publications, reports, newsletters, and digital campaigns.
• Create and edit motion graphics and short-form videos using After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud to develop, retouch, animate, resize, and prepare assets for multiple platforms.
• Incorporate AI-assisted creative tools into design workflows while maintaining brand integrity.
• Partner with Marketing, Business Development, Communications, Recruiting, Alumni, DEI, and Events teams.
• Develop scalable templates, design systems, and production frameworks.
• Mentor junior designers and provide creative direction.
• Ensure all creative assets meet brand, accessibility, and production standards.
• Collaborate with outside vendors, photographers, agencies, and production partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
• 8+ years of professional design experience.
• Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong After Effects and Premiere Pro experience.
• Excellent typography, layout, branding, and visual storytelling skills.
• Experience designing across print, digital, presentation, social media, and video platforms.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Portfolio required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Law firm, professional services, consulting, or financial services experience.
• Experience with AI-assisted creative tools including Adobe Firefly, Google Veo, Runway, Midjourney, DALL-E, or similar.
• Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, Canva, Frame.io, or PowerPoint design.
• Motion graphics, podcast visuals, event branding, and social media campaign experience.
• Experience creating scalable design systems and brand governance standards.

Additional Information

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
