Reddit Marketing Specialist
Flowmingo is looking for a Reddit and community marketing specialist to build an authentic Reddit strategy for its AI hiring platform. The work starts with research into relevant subreddits, discussions, audiences, community rules, competitor activity, and recruiter and hiring-team pain points related to AI recruiting, interviews, candidate screening, ATS platforms, and hiring automation. You will create a 30-day strategy and execution plan covering content and participation approach, high-value conversation opportunities, weekly priorities, and measurement for engagement, sentiment, brand visibility, referral traffic, leads, and relevant AI/LLM visibility signals.
This must be a community-first approach, not promotional posting or artificial engagement. We need someone who understands Reddit culture, moderation, and subreddit-specific norms, and can contribute useful, natural, Reddit-native content without risking account bans. Experience in B2B SaaS, HR technology, AI recruiting, community marketing, competitor research, and performance measurement is strongly preferred. This is a remote, long-term opportunity, beginning with a first-month strategy and execution plan.
