Job Description

We’re looking for talented and confident female UGC Creators to create engaging, authentic, and high-quality short-form videos for our brand.

Responsibilities

• Create UGC-style videos for social media, ads, and marketing campaigns.
• Follow provided scripts, concepts, and creative direction.
• Deliver natural, relatable, and engaging on-camera performances.
• Record clear, high-quality videos with good lighting and audio.
• Be comfortable speaking directly to the camera.
• Make revisions when needed based on feedback.

Requirements

• Female UGC creator with a confident and engaging on-camera presence.
• Strong spoken English and clear communication.
• Experience creating UGC, TikTok, Instagram Reels, or similar short-form content.
• Comfortable following scripts while maintaining a natural delivery.
• Reliable, professional, and able to meet deadlines.
• Must have a smartphone/camera capable of recording high-quality video.
• Previous experience creating content for brands, ads, or marketing is a plus.

Compensation

• $75 per video
• Each video will typically be 30–60 seconds long.
• Potential for ongoing work based on performance and content quality.
