Email / WhatsApp Integration
We need a freelancer to integrate Microsoft 365 and the WhatsApp Business API with Missive, creating a shared inbox where email and WhatsApp messages can be viewed and managed from one dashboard. Up to three team members should be able to respond to incoming messages, ideally through Outlook, and the setup should support Copilot-assisted message triage. This is for a London medical practice and may lead to further work.
