Job Description

Kasa Eshna Private Limited is seeking a motivated Full Stack Developer (Junior, Mid, and Lead Developer) to join our Web, Automation & AI division. This 3 months contract requires hands-on experience in leveraging Architecture & development of Web, Mobile, DevOps and AI to drive business efficiency. Please note candidate needs to be flexible to work in India, UK, and US time zones. Candidate experience should be more than 10 years +.

Requirements

Development environment & AI-assisted tooling:

• Visual Studio Code (primary IDE)
• GitHub Copilot (MS Code Extension) (used heavily for code generation and pipeline work)
• Claude and, on occasion, GPT-based assistants
• Git / GitHub (source control, pull requests, branch workflows)

Languages:

• TypeScript and JavaScript (primary)
• Python (primary)
• SQL

Frontend:

• React.js
• HTML5 / CSS3
• Tailwind and Material-UI
• Modern JS tooling (bundlers, package management via npm)

Backend:

• Node.js (primary)
• Django (Python web framework)
• RESTful API design (and exposure to GraphQL is a plus)

Databases:

• MySQL (primary)
• PostgreSQL (secondary)
• Neo4J (GraphDb)
• Managed database services: AWS RDS and equivalent Azure database services
• Native and cloud-hosted deployments

Private LLMs:

• Llama
• GPT-OSS

Cloud platforms:

• Microsoft Azure (primary)
• Amazon Web Services / AWS (primary)
• Google Cloud Platform (selected services, secondary)

Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD & DevOps:

• GitHub Actions (workflow automation, build/test/deploy pipelines)
• Terraform
• AWS CloudFormation
• Pipeline design and maintenance across Azure and AWS

This position is contract-based for 3 months. Candidates must demonstrate flexibility to accommodate different time zones in India, UK, and US.
