Job Description

Next Door Photos (NDP) is a small business focused on delivering real estate photography, video, aerials, 3D modeling, floor plans, and more. We aim to provide an excellent experience for our customers and team members. We are currently hiring professional and talented “Media Pros” who can represent our brand and achieve high-quality media results. This position offers flexible hours, an opportunity to enhance photography and media experience, and the potential for increased earnings through product certification and availability scheduling. Media Pros can capture up to 6 properties a day, with each property taking 40-90 minutes to shoot. As part-time independent contractors, Media Pros are paid per service delivered and receive additional compensation for extended travel, while NDP manages everything else.

Requirements

Experience:
We seek experienced photographers, videographers, and certified part 107 drone pilots. Real estate photography experience is not required as training will be provided.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to professionally interact with clients and homeowners.
• Consistent punctuality for scheduled shoots at various locations.
• Dressing professionally while on the job.
• Uploading media before 9 PM on the same day of the shoot.
• Having a flexible schedule.
• Keeping an updated Google calendar with availability.
• Driving up to 30-40% of the workday.
• Following NDP shoot flow and standards for high-quality output.
• Effective communication with clients throughout the shoot.
• Regular communication with the Local Owner and clients via email, text, and phone.
• Studying for and obtaining Part 107 certification to fly a drone commercially.
• Receiving regular feedback and training regarding NDP standards of quality and professionalism.

Equipment List:
The Media Pro position requires the following equipment:

• Digital SLR (or mirrorless) camera with a wide angle lens such as:
• APS-C (cropped) sensor camera with a 10-24mm lens or
• Full frame sensor camera with 16-35mm lens
• External (off-camera) flash
• Tripod and ball head attachment
• Reliable transportation
• High-speed internet

Experience and Certifications

Experience: 2 years of photography (Required)

• Driver’s License (Required)
• FAA Part 107 license (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate: Must relocate to Fort Collins, CO before starting work (Required)
