Job Description

KittySpout is looking for a Creator Content Coach to join our team! The role involves making creators better by reviewing content submissions, providing detailed written and verbal feedback, running training calls, spotting trends, and actively developing creators to produce content that converts and drives GMV.

The ideal candidate may be a high-performing creator who has trained others or someone with hands-on coaching experience within a TikTok Shop or Trybe affiliate program. Proof of successful results as a creator or coach is essential.

If your feedback is vague or you’re not actively engaged on TikTok, this role is not for you.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience training creators, reviewing content, and providing detailed feedback in a TikTok Shop, Trybe, or DTC creator affiliate program.
• Active experience in training and coaching creators, with an emphasis on actionable feedback.
• Proof of effectiveness through results from TikTok Shop, Trybe, or as a DTC creator.
• Deep understanding of converting creator content and ability to diagnose performance issues.
• Fluency in English and comfortable operating remotely with timezone overlap with US/Canada.
• Experience managing a Discord community and running training calls.
• Willingness to work overtime or weekends if needed.
• Excellent cultural fit aligned with the company’s core values.

Key Objectives

• Provide detailed feedback on every creator content submission.
• Conduct regular training calls based on the latest data and trends.
• Spot and share content trends with creators proactively.
• Manage the creator community on Discord, facilitating engagement and recognition.
• Track creator performance and invest coaching time where it matters most.
• Scale the creator program for increased GMV over time.

KPI’s You Will Own

• Review all creator submissions within 24 hours with actionable feedback.
• Conduct 1-2 group training calls weekly.
• Deliver weekly content inspiration to creators.
• Monitor first-round content approval rates and revenue generated.

Accountabilities

• Onboard new creators within 7 days of joining the program.
• Review all content drafts and provide feedback within 48 hours.
• Run monthly community calls and quarterly content challenges.
• Deliver weekly performance reports to the Partnerships Lead.
• Maintain a tagged content library for the media buying team.
• Flag underperforming creators monthly with coaching notes.

• Your background is in outreach, gifting, or contract management without hands-on coaching experience.
• You cannot provide data to back up your experience.
• You don’t stay updated with TikTok trends.
• You provide vague feedback without actionable insights.
