Job Description

Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform. Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards. Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products. Be a productive member of the team.

Requirements

• Design and implement ServiceNow workflows, integrations, notifications, and flow automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide technical expertise and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Support deployments using source control, update sets, and CI/CD pipelines for smooth promotion across environments.
• Contribute to the technical vision and leverage ServiceNow best practices and capabilities.
• Implement and configure ServiceNow solutions with hands-on implementation experience.
• Strong experience with IRM (Integrated Risk Management) and TPRM (Third Party Risk Management) modules.
• Hands-on expertise in ITSM, Service Catalog, Performance Analytics (PA), Workflows, Integrations, and Scripting.
• Experience with Configuration Management, Application Portfolio Management (APM), Widgets, ITOM, SPM, and HRSD.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions using advanced scripting and customization.
• Hold ServiceNow CSA and relevant CIS certifications.
• Work effectively in an Agile environment with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
• Apply software engineering practices including TDD, BDD, ATDD, clean code, clean architecture, refactoring, pair programming, technical debt management, and coding standards.
• Experience with modern AI-powered coding assistants is preferred.
