We seek a PPC & Paid Media Manager to lead and elevate our paid media department. The ideal candidate will be a strategist and innovator who is proactive in driving performance and scaling brands, not just managing campaigns. You will work directly with clients and internal teams to implement performance-driven paid strategies across various platforms.

Requirements

• A strategic and commercially-minded thinker with a strong understanding of paid media, marketing funnels, and user behaviour.
• 4+ years of proven experience managing multi-channel Paid campaigns with significant budgets and clear ROI targets.
• Deep knowledge of audience segmentation, creative strategy, and conversion path optimisation.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, with additional expertise in programmatic platforms as a plus.
• Understanding of or interest in AI and automation in Paid Media.
• Client-facing confidence with excellent relationship-building skills.
• Agency experience preferred, capable of managing multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Proactive, curious, and solutions-focused approach.

• Own strategy across all Paid channels, managing ads on platforms like Google, Meta, and Microsoft.
• Design full-funnel campaigns from awareness to conversion and remarketing.
• Lead client relationships by presenting strategies and performance insights.
• Collaborate with teams across departments to integrate paid media into marketing efforts.
• Innovate and optimise using data and AI to maximise ROI.
• Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to the development of a leading paid media function.
