Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Archer IRM Developer / Analyst to support an enterprise Archer Agile Product Line across both Archer SaaS and Archer OnPrem environments. This role will support the organization’s Integrated Risk Management platform, which enables standardized governance, risk, compliance, issue management, policy management, third-party risk, cybersecurity risk, business continuity, and regulatory compliance capabilities across the enterprise.

The Senior Archer IRM Developer / Analyst will be responsible for design, build, configuration, testing, release readiness, production support, and ongoing enhancements across Archer environments. This role will work closely with Product Owners, Archer developers, business stakeholders, GRC super users, vendor partners, and professional services to translate business requirements into scalable Archer solutions.

The ideal candidate is an Archer subject matter expert with strong hands-on configuration and development experience, solid GRC process knowledge, and the ability to operate in an Agile product team supporting multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. This person should be comfortable working in both strategic and tactical spaces, from designing scalable solutions to troubleshooting configuration issues.

  • Support risk, compliance, cybersecurity, audit, and policy management processes through platform enhancements.

Integrations, Data & Automation

  • Develop, support, and maintain data feeds, APIs, and system integrations.
  • Troubleshoot data quality, mapping, and workflow issues.
  • Collaborate with IT infrastructure and vendor teams on application availability and integration needs.

Agile Delivery & Release Support

  • Participate in Agile sprint delivery and support release activities.
  • Work with stakeholders to prioritize work and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Ensure technical work aligns with Agile delivery practices.

Technical Analysis, Testing & Production Support

  • Perform technical tasks including configuration, testing, product installation, and production support.
  • Support defect resolution and post-implementation support.
  • Identify and communicate emergency system issues for timely resolution.

Stakeholder Partnership & Technical Leadership

  • Interface with business stakeholders and project teams regarding application availability.
  • Provide technical advice and direction to team members and stakeholders.
  • Support translation of business requirements into system design.

Documentation, Training & Knowledge Transfer

  • Develop and maintain application and security system documentation.
  • Support knowledge transfer to team members and business stakeholders.
  • Maintain documentation related to configuration and integrations.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Configure and enhance Archer applications, workflows, dashboards, and reports.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and support testing and release readiness.
  • Troubleshoot configuration, workflow, and production issues.
  • Maintain documentation and support knowledge transfer.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of relevant GRC technology or application development experience.
  • 4+ years of hands-on Archer configuration and development experience.
  • Experience across governance, risk, compliance, issue management and associated functions.
  • Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and ability to clarify technical issues.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products and excellent communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with both Archer SaaS and OnPrem environments.
  • Experience building or maintaining data feeds, APIs, and system integrations.
  • Utility industry experience preferred.
  • ITIL certification is a plus.
