Job Description

UTTR is seeking a standout creative designer to join our first-class creative team, which is known for bringing flair, energy, and impact to the B2B sector. We are looking for someone who can maintain and elevate our high standards in creative design.

Responsibilities

• Key asset design: Lead the strategy and execution of design for digital ads, websites, emails, and other core assets.
• Unwavering quality: Consistently deliver top-notch designs that align with the client’s brand. Follow a strong QA process before launch.
• Link creative to outcomes: Design with an understanding of how your work drives outcomes. Review performance and come up with subsequent creative iterations.
• Deeply understand audiences: Quickly grasp different audiences across various B2B industries and recommend relevant creatives.
• Team collaboration: Collaborate with multiple functions, including performance marketing and copywriting, to drive results.
• Evolve and refine: Utilize insights from previous projects to improve the collective knowledge of the company.
• Project management: Manage projects with precision, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication with the team.

Requirements

• A strong digital portfolio: Experience and a portfolio showcasing work across email, web, and digital ads.
• Figma: Proficiency or background in using Figma.
• Self-starter: Positive and proactive attitude.
• Organized: Ability to manage multiple work streams effectively.
• High standards: Commitment to delivering quality work and not rushing projects.

• Work hours should align with EST, CST, MST, or PST time zones, regardless of your location.
