Casting Associate for Debate Videos
Casting Director is needed in United Kingdom.
HX Media is looking for a freelance Casting Associate to find and confirm 10–15 real participants for debate-format videos, filmed in studios in cities including London, New York, Singapore, Sydney and Houston. Each participant must genuinely hold a specific belief and be willing to argue their position on camera. This is remote, per-video work, with ongoing opportunities for the right person and a small paid trial brief.
You will use high-volume outreach through channels such as community groups, direct messages, listings and cold outreach; screen candidates, confirm bookings, maintain reserves and help ensure all participants attend on the shoot day. This role suits someone with experience in sales, SDR, recruitment, setting or casting who is comfortable with a low conversion rate and persistent outreach.
