Job Description

Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform. Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards. Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products. Be a productive member of the team.

Requirements

• Design and deliver user-centric UX solutions based on business and user needs.
• Conduct user research, usability studies, and UX analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and communicate UX concepts and recommendations clearly.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and gather requirements throughout the design process.
• Strong User Experience Design and User Research experience.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, with Dutch required for stakeholder communication.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
