Job Description

We are growing our Quality Engineering (QE) Services team in Costa Rica and seeking motivated new technology graduates eager to learn, grow, and build a career in software quality and testing. In this role, you will work alongside experienced developers and technology leaders, gaining hands-on experience in software testing, Agile delivery, enterprise systems, and AI-driven technology environments.

This opportunity is perfect for graduates who wish to establish a strong foundation in Software Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Engineering (QE), Agile software delivery, and Automation and AI-driven testing practices.

Requirements

What You Bring:

• Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technology field
• Strong curiosity and willingness to learn
• Good problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Attention to detail and an interest in how software works
• Ability to manage tasks and priorities effectively
• Basic knowledge of Java, CSS, and C+
• Familiarity with software testing concepts is considered an asset
• Nice to have: Internship experience in QA, software development, IT support, or other technology-related roles

What You’ll Do

• Design and execute test cases and testing scenarios
• Perform functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing
• Identify, document, and track software defects
• Work with developers and stakeholders to investigate and resolve issues
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups and sprint planning
• Support SDLC and STLC processes
• Help improve testing processes and quality standards
• Maintain testing documentation and reporting
