Job Description

We have an opportunity for a Senior Java Developer with our partner supporting offshore from India.

Position: Senior Java Developer

Experience: Senior Level – 12+ years

Location: Remote – (Offshore India - IST Hours, Open for CST if required)

Environment: AWS Cloud

Tech Stack: Java, Spring Boot, NoSQL, and RDS Database

Type: Fulltime/Contract

Requirements

Qualifications & Core Requirements:

• 12+ years of hands-on software development experience with Java (Java 11/17+ preferred).
• Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security, and microservice ecosystem patterns.
• Deep proficiency in both relational databases (AWS RDS / PostgreSQL / MySQL) and NoSQL engines (DynamoDB, MongoDB, or Cassandra).
• Advanced working knowledge of AWS cloud services, serverless/containerized deployments, and cloud-native architecture.
• Proven track record in TDD/JUnit, Git workflows, domain-driven design (DDD), and automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Outstanding verbal/written English skills.
• Based in IST, with flexibility to cover overlapping hours with US Central Standard Time (CST) when required.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Hands-on experience with event-driven messaging systems (Apache Kafka, AWS SQS/SNS).
• AWS Certified Developer or AWS Solutions Architect Associate certification.
