Job Description

The Seasonal Social Manager will assist the Content & Social Media teams with various tasks including content ideation, organizing content calendars, production logistics, social media posting, caption writing, project management updates, and client communications for review/revisions. The ideal candidate will work in the office Monday to Thursday each week.

The candidate should be available to start by September 21 and maintain the role through January 8th, 2027.

Duties

• Building line items into the project management system (PMS).
• Content ideation.
• Organizing content calendars and admin work for printing shotlists and schedules.
• Assisting with production logistics and scheduling.
• Writing and posting social media captions.
• Keeping the PMS current with reviews, revisions, and approvals.
• Building Line Items to the Client Review Board once approved internally by the VP of Content.
• Managing client feedback and relaying it to the team, updating statuses as necessary.
• Identifying social media trends.
• Attending weekly meetings as needed.

Skills

• Proficiency in managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google Business Profile, etc.
• Experience with project management systems like Monday.com.
• Experience in client communications, scheduling, and organization.
• Excellent content writing abilities tailored for diverse audiences.
• Exceptional proofreading skills to ensure polished content.
