Job Description

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Digital Content Specialist to join a fast-paced Organic Social Creative team for a 6-month holiday contract. This role will focus on creating and executing high-volume, engaging social content across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest. The ideal candidate is a hands-on content creator with strong graphic design, video editing, and visual storytelling skills who can take content from concept through editing to final delivery.

Requirements

• Professional experience in social media content creation, digital design, video editing, content production, or a related creative field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly:
• Photoshop
• Illustrator
• Premiere Pro
• Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and/or Pinterest.
• Strong video editing and graphic design capabilities.
• Strong visual storytelling skills with a demonstrated understanding of social-first creative.
• Ability to capture, edit, and deliver engaging short-form content.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of assets and multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working within a fast-moving creative environment, particularly during peak holiday periods.
• Fashion, beauty, retail, lifestyle, or consumer brand experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute approximately 30 unique, net-new organic social assets per week, including video and graphic content.
• Produce platform-relevant content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and other social channels.
• Coordinate the full content production workflow, including product samples, props, content capture, editing, internal routing, revisions, and final asset delivery.
• Support execution of in-season organic social content briefs.
• Edit short-form video and digital content using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Create and adapt graphics for social media campaigns and seasonal marketing initiatives.
• Partner closely with Art Directors, Copywriters, and other Creative team members to execute content that aligns with brand direction.
• Support Art Directors with additional creative and production needs as assigned.
• Contribute to high-volume editing projects, including major fashion event and campaign content.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ensure assets are completed and delivered on schedule throughout high-volume holiday and seasonal campaigns.
• Maintain consistent visual storytelling and brand standards across social platforms.

Ideal Candidate

The strongest candidate will be equally comfortable creating graphics and editing video, understand what performs visually across major social platforms, and have experience producing content quickly without sacrificing quality. Experience working within an in-house creative team, agency, fashion brand, retailer, or high-volume social environment is highly desirable. A portfolio is required; please include work samples demonstrating relevant social media, graphic design, video editing, and digital content creation experience when applying.

Pay: $40.00 - $46.00 per hour
