Job Description

Title: Marketing Manager with CRM & Brand Marketing

Location: 420 5th Avenue, New York, NY 10018

Duration: 6+ Months Temp to Hire role

Work Model: Hybrid Role (3 Days in Office, 2 Days Work from Home)

Pay Rate: $40.00/hr, W2 All Inclusive, no benefits

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with a half an hour for lunch

General Function: The Marketing Manager will lead the go-to-market planning and development of initiatives to support the Sunglass Hut brand in North America (US, Canada & Puerto Rico). Responsible for driving traffic, sales, and profits while ensuring a holistic and consistent approach for all customer touchpoints.

Requirements

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

• Brand Leadership: Articulate a clear vision of Sunglass Hut brand initiatives and ensure consistent, integrated campaigns across consumer engagement points.
• Initiative Development & Implementation: Oversee the identification and development of integrated marketing campaigns, collaborating with internal and external teams.
• New Idea Development: Develop and implement test-and-learn initiatives based on opportunities, consumer insights, and industry trends.
• Marketing Analysis: Analyze marketing effectiveness and identify opportunities for future initiatives.
• Team Development: Manage, motivate, and develop team members.

Required Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and experience with CRM campaign execution, proofing, and quality assurance.
• Solid SQL and data analysis capabilities, including the ability to develop and validate targeting logic independently.
• Experience with tools such as Unica, Responsys, and Google BigQuery; Figma experience would be a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work through ambiguity.
• Proactive communication and a strong sense of ownership.

Additional Information

Pay rate ranges from $35.00 to $40.00 per hour.

Work Location: Hybrid remote in New York, NY 10018.
