Product Marketer is needed in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Canon Marketing Vietnam is seeking a full-time contract Customer Experience & Product Support Assistant Executive to work on-site in Ho Chi Minh City. You will welcome and support visitors at Canon Business Space, demonstrate Canon imaging products, provide product guidance, handle customer enquiries and registrations, and build relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders. You will also generate leads, support sales conversion, and gather customer insights through engagement activities.
You will help plan and deliver workshops, training sessions, product launches, livestreams, podcasts, and community events. The role includes coordinating equipment loans and maintaining demonstration equipment, livestream areas, and facilities. Applicants should have 3–5 years of relevant experience, practical knowledge of photography and videography, including camera systems, lenses, lighting, shooting techniques, and content workflows. Strong English communication, presentation, customer service, organisation, and Microsoft Office skills are required. Flexible hours, including weekends and event travel, may be required.
