The Role
We’re looking for an Amazon PPC Specialist with 1 to 3 years of hands-on Amazon Ads experience to join our advertising team on a long-term B2B contractor basis.
Reporting to our PPC Lead, you’ll work closely with our UK-based Account Managers and take real ownership of PPC performance across a portfolio of client accounts.
This is not a role where you simply wait for instructions. You’ll be expected to analyse performance, identify opportunities, make recommendations on tactics and strategy, and then help execute those recommendations effectively.
Technology is a major part of how we work. You’ll use Xnurta, Amazon’s advertising tools, AI and automation to manage activity at scale, while also helping us identify better ways to use those tools across the wider PPC function.

What You’ll Do
• Manage and optimise Amazon Sponsored Ads across multiple client accounts and marketplaces.
• Analyse performance and proactively recommend tactical and strategic actions to our Account Managers.
• Execute changes through Xnurta, including bids, budgets, targeting, keywords and campaign creation.
• Use AI and automation to improve the speed, quality and scalability of PPC management.
• Proactively suggest new ways we can use AI, automation and technology across the PPC function.
• Communicate insights, recommendations and performance clearly to the UK team and, where appropriate, directly to clients.
What We’re Looking For
• 1 to 3 years’ hands-on Amazon PPC / Sponsored Ads experience.
• Strong experience with Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display.
• Good understanding of bidding, budgeting, targeting, keyword and search-term optimisation.
• Experience with Amazon PPC management software. Xnurta experience is a strong advantage, but similar tools are relevant.
• Strong analytical skills, commercial judgement and the confidence to make recommendations rather than simply execute instructions.
• Confident using AI and automation as part of your day-to-day work.
• Professional-level written and spoken English.
• Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple accounts.
Nice to Have
Experience with Amazon DSP, AMC, Seller Central, Vendor Central, Amazon Marketing Stream, bulk operations or international marketplaces would be an advantage.

Contract value: €1,000 to €2,300 per month, depending on experience
