We are the founders of a digital brand scaling up a premium educational media ecosystem. We are expanding our post-production wing and require a dedicated, elite Motion Graphics Designer to join us as our long-term lead editor.

The Process & Ultra-Strict 32-Hour Deadline:
We will review all proposals and select the single best candidate based on visual proof. Once officially hired on Twine, we will send you the raw footage. Your strict 32-hour delivery countdown begins the exact millisecond we send you the assets. There are no extensions.

Mandatory Technical Requirements:

• Software Stack: Advanced mastery of Adobe After Effects and Figma is strictly mandatory. No mobile apps, CapCut templates, or Premiere text presets will be tolerated.
• UI/UX Asset Design: You must possess the design skills to build or import high-resolution, pixel-perfect app interfaces and web layout assets in Figma, and animate them inside After Effects with flawless motion blur and smooth speed graph easing.
• Precision Vector Tracking: Flawlessly animate custom glowing cursors that track paths across the screen to highlight key interface data points.
• High-End Kinetic Typography: Custom text animations featuring 4-color gradients, layered glows, and tight, retention-hacked pacing.
• Multi-Layered Sound Design: Complete audio landscape utilizing crisp mechanical pops, tactile clicks, and smooth digital whooshes synced perfectly to every motion on screen.

RETENTION RULES (Required for Payment Approval):
To get paid, the final video must completely follow these 2 simple rules:

1. Complete Watch-Time: The pacing, animations, and text must be so engaging that the viewer is forced to watch the entire video from the first second all the way to the very end.
2. Focus on Value: Every graphic, Figma popup, and sound effect must serve one purpose—to keep the ultimate focus on the actual value of the video so the viewer easily digests and understands the message.

Compensation & Strict Delivery Compliance:

• Budget: $150 USD Flat Rate (Fixed Price for the single test video).
• Payment Terms: The $150 escrow payment will only be approved and released if the final video is submitted within the strict 32-hour deadline and executed in a perfect manner matching all technical requirements. Missing the strict 32-hour deadline, delivering low-quality work, failing to deliver the ultimate core value of the video, or failing to keep the viewer fully engaged and easily understanding the concept until the very end will result in immediate cancellation without payment.

Zero-Payment & Cancellation Policy: if the edited video you submit is unacceptable in any way to us, we will immediately cancel the project and issue zero ($0) payment. By applying, you agree that payment is only released for perfect execution.

PORTFOLIO & EVIDENCE PROTOCOL:
To be considered for the single open slot, you must submit direct visual evidence of your work. Your proposal must include an online link (Behance, Vimeo, YouTube, etc.) displaying:

1. Real video evidence of active After Effects camera/motion tracking and kinetic text animations.
2. Pixel-perfect, crisp UI graphics (no blurry web screenshots).
   Bonus points if your portfolio features project breakdowns showing your raw Figma project files or After Effects timelines.
