Brazil-Based Talent Connector / Network ResearcherUrgent

I am looking for a Brazil-based freelance Talent Connector / Network Researcher to identify and introduce suitable professionals from their personal or professional network. This is a part-time, project-based contract role, with assignments provided as specific hiring needs arise. You should have strong communication skills, English proficiency, basic IT and technology knowledge, and connections within remote-work, customer support, technology, university, BPO, virtual assistant, or related professional communities in Brazil.

For each assignment, you will review a brief, identify relevant contacts, confirm their interest in an introduction, explain why they may be suitable, and facilitate an initial introduction. I am looking for carefully selected referrals rather than large lists of profiles. You should be able to assess communication skills, reliability, adaptability, and general suitability. Some assignments may involve confidential business information, and I hope to build an ongoing relationship for future sourcing work.
