Job Description

Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform. Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards. Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products. Be a productive member of the team.

Requirements

• Configure and customize the ServiceNow SecOps module, including Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, Threat Intelligence, and Configuration Compliance.
• Design and develop flows and scripts to automate and enhance security operations capabilities.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party security tools and APIs.
• Provide operational support for SecOps features.
• Conduct testing and debugging of ServiceNow applications and flows.
• Support ServiceNow platform upgrades.
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for ServiceNow development.
• Strong expertise across ServiceNow SecOps modules, including Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, Threat Intelligence, and Configuration Compliance.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with security applications such as Splunk and Anomali.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with vulnerability scanners and data providers such as Rapid7, Tenable, Microsoft Defender, Invicti, and NVD.
• Knowledge of security operations, vulnerability management, and configuration compliance processes.
• Experience with Flow Designer, ServiceNow Studio, and Integration Hub.
• Proficient in developing custom applications with good familiarity with ServiceNow CI/CD pipelines.
• Good familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow ITSM functionalities.
• Understanding of security operations and incident response processes.
• Familiarity with vulnerability management workflows.
• Knowledge of threat analysis and remediation lifecycle.
• Understanding of compliance frameworks and continuous monitoring.
• Experience with ServiceNow CI/CD, scoped app development, update set management, and automated deployment pipelines.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM functionalities.
